Membership 2024-25
Membership renewals are due on 1 November. Please ensure you have renewed by 1 November to retain your HRCAV insurance cover. The HRCAV insurance scheme provides personal accident and public liability insurance and you can find out more here. GDARC membership prices for 2024-25:
GDARC is entirely run by volunteers and all members are required to contribute at least 6 hours of their time over the membership year to help with the running of our club or the HRCAV (e.g. judging). This may include helping at competitions, harrowing the arenas, fundraising activities, working bees, committee or project roles. Membership for the following year may not be accepted if this contribution is not completed. The online version of Chaff Chat, the HRCAV monthly magazine, is available to all members free of charge. The hard copy magazine is $120 for the annual subscription available from the HRCAV online shop here. IMPORTANT: please complete the HRCAV ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DISCLAIMER STATEMENT and email the signed form to [email protected] to acknowledge you agree to the terms and conditions. Your GDARC membership will not be processed until you send us this form and you will not be permitted to ride at rallies or HRCAV competitions as you will not be covered by HRCAV insurance. |
How we set our prices
Prices are determined by the GDARC Committee. You can find out how we set our prices here. Day memberships If you would like to come along to one of our rallies and experience the club before joining, you can join as a Day Member. The fee for Day Membership is $30, which is paid to the HRCAV to cover your insurance. You are entitled to 1 Day Membership per HRCAV year which runs from 1 November to 31 October each year. To join as a Day Member, you just need to fill in the HRCAV Day Membership form and make the $30 payment using the link below. |
