Membership
Membership renewals are due on 1 November each year. Please ensure you have renewed by November 1st to retain your HRCAV insurance cover. The HRCAV insurance scheme provides personal accident and public liability insurance and you can find out more here. GDARC Membership Prices for 2024-25
Prices are determined by the GDARC Committee. You can find out how we set our prices here. GDARC Volunteer Duties GDARC is entirely run by volunteers and all members are required to contribute at least 6 hours of their time over the membership year to help with the running of our club or the HRCAV (e.g. judging). This may include helping at competitions, harrowing the arenas, fundraising activities, working bees, committee or project roles. Membership for the following year may not be accepted if this contribution is not completed. Chaff Chat The online version of Chaff Chat, the HRCAV monthly magazine, is available to all members free of charge. The hard copy magazine is $120 for the annual subscription available from the HRCAV online shop here. |
Day Memberships
If you would like to come along to one of our rallies and experience the club before joining, you can join as a Day Member. The fee for Day Membership is $30, which is paid to the HRCAV to cover your insurance. You are entitled to 1 Day Membership per HRCAV year, 1 November to 31 October. To join as a Day Member, you just need to fill in the HRCAV Day Membership form and make the $30 payment using the link below. |
